What does a facade consultant do?

A facade consultant is an independent specialist who designs, engineers and checks a building's external envelope. At Avante, that covers concept design, structural and thermal engineering, specifications and BOQ, tender evaluation, submittal reviews, factory audits, site testing and handover — protecting the architect's design and the owner's investment.

Which Avante practice do I need?

New building or new facade: Avante Facades. Existing facade that leaks, fogs or has loose parts: Facade Forensics. Occupied building that needs a new envelope or upgrade: Facade Recladding. Heritage or historic building: Facade Preservation. If a facade is beyond economic repair, Forensics hands over to Recladding under the same Project Executive.

What is Avante International's corporate structure and operational scope?

Avante International (Avante International LLC) serves as the global holding entity and parent brand for the group. As a holding entity without direct operations, it governs brand standards, technical methodologies, and strategic direction. All direct consulting operations, engineering deliverables, site inspections, and client engagements are conducted through licensed regional operating entities (including Avante Facade Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India and South Asia) and our specialized practice divisions.

Is Avante a contractor or supplier?

No. Avante International is an independent consulting group without direct manufacturing, fabrication or contracting operations. It has no commercial ties to contractors or suppliers, so its advice is given strictly in the owner's interest.

Where does Avante work?

Avante has worked on 1500+ projects in 20+ countries. It has project offices in Mumbai (principal office for South Asia), Delhi, San Diego, New York, Istanbul and Seoul, and research and development centres in Pune and Bengaluru.
